TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment Policy:
We require a 20 % deposit to be paid once the booking has been confirmed in order to secure your reservation. The balance payment will then be due 30 days prior to your arrival or the full amount of your reservation will be due if your booking is made within 60 days prior to your arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- 0% Cancellation fee will apply, if bookings are cancelled more than 31 days prior to arrival, subject to a 5% handling and administration fee.
- 50% Cancellation fee will apply, if bookings are cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival.
- 80% Cancellation fee will apply, if bookings are cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
Group (10 pax or more) & Peak Season (Christmas & Easter Periods) Cancellation Policy:
- 0% Cancellation fee will apply, if bookings are cancelled more than 61 days prior to arrival, subject to a 5% handling and administration fee.
- 20% Cancellation fee will apply, if bookings are cancelled between 31 and 60 days prior to arrival.
- 50% Cancellation fee will apply, if bookings are cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival.
- 80% Cancellation fee will apply, if bookings are cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
