Lalibela’s Big 5 Participation Initiative
Lalibela Game Reserve places conservation at the forefront.
There are various conservation programmes at Lalibela, one of which is that from time to time we need to conduct veterinary procedures on high profile species like lion, elephant and rhino. We have recently launched an initiative whereby selected guests are able to participate in these procedures.
Participants would have a unique hands-on experience and will catch a glimpse at the other side of the conservation curtain while helping to contribute to our ongoing conservation efforts.
Participating in one of these procedures is truly a once in a lifetime experience! Apart from being able to get up close to, and touch these magnificent animals, participants will also have the opportunity to get involved with the procedure and assist with administering antibiotic and vitamin injections under the guidance and watchful eyes of the veterinarians.
These conservation procedures are necessary, but expensive. We are looking for conservation-minded guests who would be prepared to contribute financially towards these procedures.
There is an opportunity for your clients to participate in one of these conservation procedures.
