ANRI

If you come and visit us at Lalibela, depending on at which lodge you stay, you are likely to encounter Anri. She is one of our lodge managers and plays a crucial role in keeping things running smoothly so that you enjoy your stay. Her friendly, gentle presence rubs off and adds to the peaceful atmosphere of Lalibela. She is always willing to help if you need anything or have any questions.

1. How would you describe your job here at Lalibela?

It’s my job to make sure the place doesn’t burn down and that the guests are superbly happy!

2. What is your spirit animal?

Out of all the animals, I think I love the elephants the most. I just finished reading “The Elephant Whisperer” and I am like ‘That’s me right there”. They are the most majestic of animals – just like humans, they want to be happy and understood! I’m sensitive, I feel everything like they do.

3. What’s it like working at Mark’s Camp?

It’s our only family-friendly camp, and it’s for everyone to have fun. There is so much for the kids to do and the parents also get a chance to relax. It’s just so special to see everyone have a good time.
